This is also a good time to point you in the direction of the recent biography of Menzies by James Curtis, WILLIAM CAMERON MENZIES: The Shape of Films to Come (2015) . The title refers to one of the best of the 20 movies Menzies directed, H.G. Wells' The Shape of things to Come (1936).
